I am happy to announce that I have just started working with a refugee charity in my area helping them to develop their impact measurement structures and data collection. In December I undertook a review of their current impact data situation - there’s already a lot happening but there are some areas that could be improved. Taking their new strategy and Theory of Change we will develop an Impact Measurement Framework that will articulate how their activities will achieve their organisational aims and how, when and where they are going to measure their impact. We have already started developing some exciting ideas about how we might gather the views of the people they work with and embed their voices at the heart of the organisation.

I will be working closely alongside the Head of Charity and Trustees to develop more comprehensive ways of collecting information so that they are fully able to demonstrate the great work that they do and the difference they are making to the refugee and asylum seekers, volunteers and the wider community.

If you are interested in this piece of work and would like to find out more about how

something similar might work for your organisation then do get in touch.
